Handheld non-destructive material identification, often through sealed packaging.
Identifies a material from its Raman scattering in seconds, usually without opening the container — the laser reads through clear glass and polythene. The spectrum is matched against a library and reported as a pass or fail against the expected identity, which is what makes 100% container identity testing practical at the warehouse door.
